Kristine Newsome, Executive Assistant

Kristine Newsome, originally from Trumbull, CT, has lived in Florida for the last 25 years. Kristine attended Countryside High School and graduated with honors in 2003. Kristine continued her education at St. Petersburg College where she earned her Associate in Science Degree in 2006 and became a member of the Alumni President’s Club.

Kristine has since then earned several awards of achievement for her dedication, devotion and contributions to the healthcare industry through community service and clinical hours. The healthcare field has always been of great desire and interest to Kristine as previous occupations and schooling have embedded a strong sense of respect, compassion and accomplishment for the industry. Kristine has been a part of the fantastic team at the Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy since the program launched in April of 2015. Kristine has always taken her health seriously but now has a new-found respect for integrative and functional nutrition, an industry that is growing and succeeding exponentially. Kristine believes that optimal health and quality of life are directly influenced by diet, nutritional status, genetic factors and lifestyle. She is so grateful that she has been given the opportunity to embark on this life changing endeavor and is excited for what the future holds in integrative and functional nutrition!
