I believe in a holistic approach to health, focusing on all aspects of health and wellness. Food and movement are essential pieces to health, balance, and happiness, as are breath and rest. All should be an enjoyable, sustainable part of your life, not a task or temporary measure.

I support women through every stage of life, whether that be preparing for pregnancy, optimizing your cycles, having a healthy pregnancy, or working to feel balanced and healthy after baby.

I also have my pre- and postnatal exercise certification. My goal is to help mommas and babies be happy and healthy at every stage of their journey.

Specialities include: pre-conception, prenatal, pregnancy, nursing, postpartum, infant feeding, family meals, picky eaters, starting solids, and pediatrics.
