Kristyna Dorris CNS, RN received her undergraduate degree in Nursing from the University of Southern California. She then worked in conventional medicine, while this provided valuable experience, she knew there was more we could do to prevent people from developing chronic disease. She continued her education from Stanford University and University of Western States. She now practices wellness nutrition to support optimal functioning, through personalized nutrition and lifestyle modifications. She believes the more you know about how your body's function the better you will be able to make good decisions regarding keeping yourself optimal.
