Biography :My passion for nutrition was sparked by the time I spent working in restaurants. After witnessing the impact of poor eating choices on health, I was inspired to empower others to live healthier lives through diet and exercise. I received my undergraduate degree in Dietetics from University of Northern Colorado and my master’s degree in Community Nutrition from Colorado State University as well as completed an extensive dietetic internship at the University of Arizona Medical Center. Before joining Canyon Ranch in 2014, I collaborated with the Pima County Health Department to enhance current nutrition programs for community food banks and low-income families.
