Biography :

Angela is a Registered Dietitian, energy medicine practitioner, health coach, Certified LEAP Therapist and Integrative and Functional Nutrition Practitioner as well as a Family and Nutritional Herbalist. As you can see, she loves to learn how to help people get better!

She uses personalized and evidence-based therapeutic diets and care plans to approach all types of healthcare concerns. Angela has experience with Lyme, chronic fatigue, Epstein Barr, Long Covid, prediabetes, Diabetes, high cholesterol, weight loss, and all things GI. She has a specific passion for helping people better, understanding complex and maybe scary medical terms, and teaching others how to achieve their goal.

Angela understands people are in all phases of their health journey and is passionate about educating and guiding others so they can reach their optimal health. She educates with an open ear and helps people overcome any fears or misconceptions they may have about their disease. She encourages a balanced lifestyle and encourages daily movement, offers stress reduction practices and mindfulness techniques.
