Alison completed her BS in Nutrition & Dietetics from the University of Rhode Island and her MS degree in Health Education/Nutrition Marketing from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA. She has over 30 years of dietetics experience and in her current role as internship director for Sodexo Health Care Services, she has been mentoring interns for the past 20 years. Alison is passionate about nutrition education and is excited to share her IFNA knowledge with interns or anyone who is willing to listen. She is a volunteer speaker for local support groups and has co-authored a textbook entitled, “Nutrition Research; Concepts and Applications”.
