Lynda is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Health and Wellness Coach with 20 years of experience educating and supporting her clients to eat well to achieve their optimal health. Lynda received her Master’s of Science degree in nutrition from the University of Minnesota and Coach certification from Wellcoaches. Lynda is a Certified LEAP Therapist receiving advanced training in adverse food reactions, food sensitivities and intolerances. In addition, Lynda is certified in adult weight management and has received advanced training in integrative and functional nutrition through the Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy. Lynda uses a food as medicine approach to address health challenges including weight management, autoimmune disease, digestive health, thyroid disorders, as well as the prevention and management of chronic diseases including diabetes and heart disease.
