As a functional medicine nutritionist serving the Livingston and Bozeman areas, I help people use the power of nutrition to feel their best. Whether they have concerns about having more energy, gut healing, deciphering food sensitivities, reducing inflammation and pain, or getting on track with better eating, I team up with my clients to create food plans that fit their way of living. My experience and training in functional nutrition, combined with foundational training as a registered dietitian, has provided me with a broad skill set to address individualized nutrition and lifestyle issues. Using a science based, food as medicine approach, I help individuals and families learn about eating for better health. My Story: I grew up in Montana surrounded by the mountains and friendly, practical, independent thinking folks. Along the way, I learned about the power of thoughtful conversations as the foundation of good partnerships. Through experiences in private practice, community hospitals, public health, volunteer organizations, and small business ownership, I have come to appreciate the value of listening to what people say is important to them and their experiences that made it that way. Getting to know a person’s story goes a long way in my work helping them integrate effective nutrition strategies. Good communication and collaboration is at the heart of my practice. My aim is to help people create practical, sustainable, and full flavored nutrition and lifestyle plans. My mission is to help my clients feel better now and for the long haul. I welcome the opportunity to talk with you about how we might work together to meet your nutrition and health goals.
