Beata Blajer, RD, CDE, IFNCP is a Registered Dietitian and a Certified Practitioner in Integrative & Functional Nutrition. She is also a Certified Diabetes Educator who is currently working in her private practice and supporting two outpatient settings (SRHC’s Diabetic Education Center and Cardiovascular Prevention & Rehabilitation) based in the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario (Canada). With more than 20 years of experience in the field of clinical and functional nutrition, Beata’s well equipped counselling her clients (in both English & Hungarian) on personalized, evidence-based therapeutic diets and treatment protocols along with weekly meal & snack plans for preventing or better managing cardiometabolic disorders (heart disease, high blood pressure/cholesterol/blood sugar, insulin dysregulation), hormonal imbalances, excess weight, low energy, digestive problems, autoimmune conditions and mental health. She also encourages a well-balanced lifestyle by advocating stress reduction practices, mindfulness, exercise and movement recommendations. She utilizes her culinary nutrition expertise by conducting “hands-on” cooking workshops and “taste & learn” demonstration series to help equip her clients with the right culinary skills & healthy recipe makeover tips for preparing delicious tasting, healing, whole food based meals at home. She provides continuous support & guidance to all her clientele throughout their programs to help them stay motivated and on track while they are regaining their energy, health and vitality.
