Biography :

I have over 30 years experience in evidenced-based nutrition therapy and integrative practices, including understanding the root causes of health and disease. I graduated from U.C. Berkeley with a B.S. degree in Nutrition and Clinical Dietetics and Master's Degree (M.P.H.) in Public Health Nutrition. I am also a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) and a certified coach in Emotional Brain Training -- a simple, proven brain-based method for rapidly reducing stress and changing behavior. I promote a whole food approach that is nutritious, simple, delicious and sustainable. My counseling style is inspiring, positive, informative, relevant and compassionate. I work with clients via video conferencing and a mobile app offering a private, convenient, affordable way to get the most out of integrative and functional nutrition. I welcome co-consulting with MDs, NDs, DCs and LAc's who want to fully integrate nutrition into their practice.
