Emily Niswanger, MS, RDN, LD, IFNCP is a functional nutrition dietitian and founder of Anywhere Nutrition. Emily has her master’s degree in nutritional science and is certified as an integrative and functional nutrition practitioner. An educator at heart, she is passionate about empowering people to take charge of their health in a sustainable way. Emily’s previous roles as a cardiac ICU dietitian and clinical dietitian led her to create her own wellness membership, the Real Food Prep Club. Inside the membership she teaches people how to create a healthy cooking routine at home and prep for their week using her seasonal meal plans. Emily is also a major advocate for sourcing food locally through farmer’s markets, food co-ops and direct from the farmer.
