Owner and founder of Annie Ailts Functional Nutrition, LLC, an insurance-based virtual private practice. My passion lies in helping people with chronic issues find relief with the power of nutrition and lifestyle changes. I enjoy working with individuals with GI issues, food sensitivities/intolerances, autoimmune disorders, hormone imbalance, thyroid issues, adrenal fatigue, and a variety of other health issues. I completed my training as an Integrative and Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner through the Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy in 2017. With my functional medicine approach, I consider all the factors that affect an individual's health including diet, hydration, physical activity, sleep, stress, lifestyle factors, and environmental toxins. I work with clients to meet them where they're at and develop a customized food plan, which includes a list of foods to eat and foods to limit/avoid, meal plan, grocery list, and recipes. I also provide various educational handouts as needed. Change is never easy, but my goal is to provide my clients with all the tools, education, and coaching they need to make sustainable changes that allow them to live their absolute best life.
