Amy Elkhoury, IFNCP, NASM-CPT, is a board-certified Integrative and Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner and the founder of Blissfully Amy, a global online practice specializing in plant-based perimenopause and menopause metabolic health. Based in Hong Kong and working with English-speaking women worldwide, Amy combines evidence-informed functional nutrition with progressive resistance training and nervous system regulation to help plant-based women in midlife rebuild energy, strength, and metabolic health.
A certified yoga teacher and trained plant-based chef, Amy came to this work through her own perimenopause journey, combining lived experience with the physiological understanding gained through her IFNA training.
