Leah Irwin

Biography :

I am an Integrative and Functional Nutrition Practitioner and Registered Dietitian addressing the root causes of metabolic dysfunction through food and lifestyle-based care. My work focuses on improving blood sugar regulation, insulin resistance, supporting gut health to reduce inflammation and improve digestion, and promote hormone balance.

My passion for functional nutrition grew out of my own experience struggling with food sensitivities and inflammation. Through that journey, I learned firsthand that the body has an incredible capacity to heal when given the right conditions. I use functional and conventional labs, functional nutrition assessments, behavior change coaching, and targeted supplementation to create personal and sustainable nutrition plans that fit into your busy life. I am available in person or in a virtual setting.
