Biography :My interest in Integrative Medicine led me to the Functional Medicine approach for optimal health. From clinical dietetics to public health, I have worked in hospitals, public health, research, and private practice. Yoga, through its mind-body-spirit foundation, with Ayurveda as a component has given me a way to continue to offer my experience with others in a group settings/workshops.
