Julie Rayder

Julie Rayder, RDN, LD, IFNCP, CGP is a registered dietitian and owner of Nutrition Synergy, LLC, a private practice focused on functional and integrative nutrition. Her journey into functional nutrition became deeply personal after one of her children was diagnosed with collagenous gastritis and Ehlers-Danlos syndrome and experienced significant symptom improvement through nutrition and natural, root-cause approaches.
Julie specializes in hormone and adrenal health and the use of DUTCH testing to better understand stress physiology and hormonal imbalances—an area of particular interest shaped by her own experience balancing health, training, and recovery as a competitive judo athlete and national gold medalist in judo kata.
She is passionate about helping clients uncover the underlying contributors to chronic symptoms and use nutrition and lifestyle as powerful tools for healing.
