I bring over 15 years of experience in marketing for leading consumer goods companies like Coca-Cola and L'Oréal, backed by a Marketing degree and an MBA. Following a major personal transformation in her 30s, I discovered a true passion for nutrition and fitness, and decided to build a new career around it — first becoming a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Health Coach, Tennis and Pickleball Professional, and Functional Nutritionist. What drew me to IFNA was its holistic approach to solving root causes through lifestyle interventions targeting nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress management. I personally embody this philosophy in my own life, standing as living proof of what's possible with the right interventions. My area of expertise is middle-aged women undergoing perimenopause and menopause — helping them not just survive this stage of life, but truly thrive in it.
