Elly Young

I help men and women cut through the health noise using genetic testing, root-cause analysis, and precision nutrition personalized to your DNA. My approach turns confusion into clarity—so you can eat, supplement, and live in alignment with your unique biology (no more one-size-fits-all plans that leave you feeling worse).

I’m also a Certified Alcohol-Free Life Coach and hold certification in Affective Liminal Psychology through the This Naked Mind Institute—so I bring a deep understanding of the mind-body connection and behavior change to the work I do. Previously, I worked for Bayer Diabetes Care as a Diabetes Sales Specialist III for over 10 years working with patients and providers to test blood sugar, diabetes education, and blood sugar management.

On a personal note: I'm a mom of two teen boys and a super dog, happily married for 20+ years, and a big fan movement in the outdoors. I’m also a former Division 1 college soccer player—which means I know a thing or two about performance, discipline, and when to break up with hustle culture in the name of healing.
