Meredith is a Registered/Certified Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Diabetes Educator with over 20 years nutrition counseling experience, inspiring and guiding clients to live the healthiest version of themselves.
The real definition of holistic health care is embedded in her practice. She looks at the WHOLE person, not simply the presenting nutrition concern. As a devoted student of yoga, Meredith does not underestimate the power of the body-mind connection. She infuses the philosophy of mindful eating into her counseling.
After decades of practice, Meredith continues to expand her depth of nutrition knowledge and recently obtained her Certificate of Training from the Integrative & Functional Nutrition Academy which was a humbling and invaluable experience. The knowledge and skills acquired during this training took her nutrition practice to an entirely new level. Additionally, she can help you uncover food sensitivities and plan anti-inflammatory diets as a Certified LEAP (Lifestyle Eating and Performance) Therapist.

Meredith received a bachelor's degree in nutrition from Pennsylvania State University, completed her dietetic internship at New York Presbyterian Hospital and received her master's degree from Teacher's College, Columbia University. Meredith is an exercise enthusiast, committed to healthy living and proudly completed 5 half-marathons.
