Biography :

Marhaba - Hello! I am currently practicing as a licensed nutritionist specialized in integrative and functional nutrition in the United Arab Emirates. I am a Registered Dietitian in Canada and the US, and have completed my undergraduate degree in nutrition from England, and master’s degree in dietetics and community nutrition from McGill University, Canada.

My passion in integrative and functional nutrition stems from my own journey in healing and wellness. I am determined to help and support others to address root causes and physiological imbalances in order to overcome health struggles and reach optimal wellness. I am especially interested in applying an evidence based, holistic approach to manage autoimmune conditions, digestive disorders, weight issues and hormone imbalances.

I currently teach a variety of nutrition courses as an adjunct faculty member in the UAE, and have been involved in academia for the past 8 years. I am keen to promote integrative health and functional nutrition in this region, and continue to provide workshops and presentations on this growing field to fellow healthcare professionals.
