Lesa has been in the Health & Wellness industry for over 30 years, starting as a massage therapist and esthetician. Over the many years, with many educational classes and certifications, she has found a nice niche in helping her clientele in a well rounded way with her intuition and passion: Mind Body Spirit.
For 12 and a half years she took the role of Director at an Integrative and Functional Medicine practice. While there she earned a certification in Life/Health Coaching to help patients as well as maintaining her client base. While there, through her business "my temple", Lesa lead the "Mindful Living Series" of groups and classes in the evenings and on weekends, as well as getting a certification in Hypnosis 2015.
Fast forward to 2020, Lesa went back out on her own, full time, where she continued her education for certifications in:
Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Complete Lymphedema Therapy (helping clients healing and thriving from lymph node removal) And finally more recent, the IFNA program in Integrative and Functional Nutrition Therapy.
Her passion to help others with the knowledge she has garnered over the years come naturally.
