KRISTEN RACE

Kristen is a Longevity Coach at Healthspan with a passion for helping women optimize their health through the transitions of perimenopause and postmenopause. She was instrumental in bringing Healthspan’s Women’s Health Program to life, helping create a personalized, longevity-focused approach to care that empowers women to thrive in midlife and beyond.

Kristen continues to deepen her expertise in functional nutrition, using a root-cause, evidence-based approach to support healthy aging, hormone balance, metabolic health, and the underlying drivers of chronic inflammation that can impact long-term wellness and disease risk.

Outside of work, she enjoys trying new recipes, hiking, weight training, spending time in nature, and staying up to date on emerging nutrition and longevity research.
