Joemarc Dela Cruz

Biography :

Joemarc Dela Cruz, RND, IFNCP is an experienced nutrition consultant for more than 10 years. He passionately upholds the principle of Food is Medicine. His expertise is anchored on evidence-based nutrition science as applied through a system-biomedical approach to health optimization and disease management

“Joe” as referred to him by his colleagues, has obtained his degree in Nutrition & Dietetics from Centro Escolar University. He furthered refined his training with St Luke’s Medical Center, US Institute for Functional Medicine, ISDF-Philippine Association of Diabetes Educators, and the US Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy. As a lifelong learner, he is currently pursuing a graduate program on clinical nutrition at the Institute of Human Nutrition and Food in UP Los Baños.

He is a clinician, educator, and leader. As a clinician, he provides medical nutrition therapy to patients across his affiliate network, working collaboratively with various medical professionals. As an educator, he serves as a faculty lecturer in universities across Metro Manila, conducts clinical training and mentorship programs, and leads corporate wellness initiatives and speaking engagements. As a leader, he serves on the Board of Trustees of the Philippine Stakeholders for Nutrition and Dietetics, Inc., contributing to the promotion and development of the nutrition profession.

With a strong personal advocacy to advance the practice of functional nutrition, Joe is committed to empowering both patients and practitioners through the therapeutic use of whole foods, targeted supplementation & nutraceuticals, and personalized lifestyle interventions.
