Hi, I'm Jackie, a Registered Dietitian and Integrative and Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner. As the owner of Nourished Roots Functional Nutrition, I am passionate about helping women identify and address the root cause of their health concerns by leveraging the healing properties of food!
After being diagnosed with an autoimmune condition, I turned to Functional Medicine for a root cause approach which significantly improved my health. Inspired by my own experience, I realized many women face similar challenges and are seeking support outside of the conventional medicine model. I chose to utilize and build upon my clinical skill set as a dietitian and specialize in Integrative and Functional Nutrition.
My goal is to empower women to take control of their health using a personalized, root cause approach to nutrition and wellness!
