I have always been passionate about learning and teaching, helping each patient reach their health goals.
I currently work in an oncology clinic, helping patients maintain & improve their nutritional status during cancer therapies, personalizing their nutritional experience by reviewing hospital menus and/or creating new recipes for inpatients and outpatients. Tracking their weight and nutritional symptoms, etc. My interest multiple chronic diseases, like autoimmune diseases (having a personal diagnosis), Type 2 Diabetes, obesity and weight management, and gastrointestinal conditions.
