Hello there! I’m Kimberly Ward, the founder of Flourish, Nutrition to Wellness. I’m based in Tennessee, though I spend plenty of time with my family in Arizona & Colorado. I’m a wife, momma of four, and grandma of three amazing little boys. A few of my favorite things are long walks, yoga, reading, traveling with my husband, and of course, keeping busy with my grand boys!
My experience includes managing complex healthcare coordination and supporting clients through multifaceted health journeys. I am deeply passionate about prevention, empowering individuals to live longer, healthier lives by supporting brain health before disease develops.
