Hello! I'm a registered dietitian with over 15 years working mostly in outpatient pediatrics. I'm also now expanding my practice to adults which I'm very excited about. I'm interested many different areas of nutrition including digestive issues, general health and wellness, women's health and culinary nutrition. My goal is to help people take small, achievable and practical steps so they can feel better and improve their health in a sustainable way. I have a BS in applied nutrition from Cal Poly SLO and a MPH from Loma Linda University. I'm currently open to opportunities working with other health care providers either in person or virtual.
