Jackie Sharp Womble is an Integrative and Functional Registered Dietitian, Exercise Physiologist, and Trainer. She’s a wife, mom to 3 boys, former competitive athlete and lover of all things food, nutrition and movement. She loves Jesus, cooking, workout out, spending time with family and creating deep and meaningful connections with those around her.
Jackie has spent the last decade+ helping Fortune 500 companies, individuals from around the globe, find a healthy balance with food and movement, shifting mindsets, and redefining what health actually means.
Her undergraduate work was completed at James Madison University and went on to complete her Masters of Science and Dietetic Internship at North Carolina Central Univ. Jackie now lives in Fort Mill, SC where she runs her virtual nutrition practice.
