Biography :

Kalyn Starkey is a Registered Dietitian with over a decade of experience helping her clients achieve holistic health and well-being. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Dietetics from Ohio State University and is board certified in Integrative and Functional Nutrition

Kalyn focuses on uncovering the root causes of health concerns and guiding clients toward sustainable, evidence-based solutions. Throughout her career, Kalyn has worked with a wide variety of individuals, offering personalized nutrition coaching to support heart health, diabetes prevention, weight loss, longevity, gut health, and more.

Her compassionate, person-centered approach focuses on creating lasting health improvements that align with each client's unique goals. She emphasizes the powerful connections between diet, lifestyle, and mindset to promote long-term well-being.

Kalyn’s work is enriched by five years of traveling internationally, which have deepened her understanding of different cultures and expanded her perspective on wellness.

Outside of her professional life, Kalyn enjoys hiking, cooking, practicing yoga, and learning French. She values balance and strives to integrate this philosophy into both her personal life and her work, supporting clients in finding their own sense of harmony.
