I help people who struggle with digestive disorders identify the root cause of their gut issues so that they can restore digestive dysfunction, overcome anxiety, and have a healthy relationship with food and their body.
I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and Integrative and Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner™ (IFNCP) with over 20 years of experience as a dietitian. I will work with you to transform your health and relationship with food and your body from the inside out. As an integrative nutrition therapist, I will embark on a journey with you to explore the root causes of disease that contribute to creating imbalances in your body, and unhealthy attitudes and beliefs about food. I also partner with you using an intuitive and mindful eating approach to healing that is rooted in self-compassion, helping you to create peace with food and yourself.
