Juan Carlos Guerrero, a certified plant-based dietitian by Cornell University, and a degreed nutritionist currently pursuing a Master's degree in Clinical Nutrition from a Mexican university located in Tijuana. With over seven years of professional experience in the food industry and customer service, I have gained extensive medical nutritional therapy experience, including health education, community nutrition, body composition, and food service management.
Furthermore, I am a United States Army reservist and possess several certifications, including Integrative Nutrition Certification by UCSD, Certified Lactation Educator, Anthropometrist ISAK Level 2, and SCOPE Certified, among others. I find patient interactions gratifying and have had the honor of serving as an adjunct professor for nutrition degrees.
