Bailey is a holistic health coach & gut health specialist dedicated to empowering women to live vibrant, healthy lives. Her motivation stems from her own struggles with digestive issues, which began in childhood and left her feeling overwhelmed. After earning a Bachelor of Science from Mississippi State University and completing an internship at Tulane’s School of Public Health, Bailey embarked on a decade-long journey to find effective solutions.
She now combines personalized testing, straightforward gut health strategies, and compassionate support to help women embrace vitality. Known for her connection, laughter, and empathy, Bailey is her clients’ biggest cheerleader. Currently residing in Alabama with her husband and two dogs, she loves to travel, dance, hike, read, and enjoy warm matcha. Follow her for holistic health tips!
