Hello, my name is Brenda Williams, a Registered Dietitian/Licensed Nutritionist and Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner. An avid believer that optimal health is achievable at any stage of the life cycle, I am committed to understanding the specific needs of my clients and design diet and lifestyle interventions commensurate with each person's unique health needs in mind.
When not working in academia, I can be found providing individual and group nutrition consultations, through my private practice, Elevate Health Solutions, LLC where I specialize in hormonal health, gastrointestinal disorders, and personalized weight loss interventions. I take a proactive approach of blending functional and integrative nutrition to investigate the root cause of illness and disease to bring the body back in balance.
My specialties are emotional eating, cardiometabolic health, autoimmune disorders, GI health detoxification, and weight management. My life’s mission is to reverse the epidemic of preventable chronic disease by empowering individuals with tools needed to promote optimal health in all seasons of life.
