As a wife and Mamma of 3, it is very important to me to stay healthy and strong for my family. Applying a wellness approach to my daily routine has been so crucial for my own well-being and health Journey. I discovered a passion for functional and integrative nutrition approx 5 years ago when trying to figure out my own digestive issues. When I was diagnosed with severe Acid Reflux that burnt my vocal chords, the option for pharmaceuticals was not an option for me. This is what led me down a path of learning everything I could about gut health, discovering root causes, and applying this knowledge to my own family and friends.
I am continually learning and gaining more knowledge every day.
I am passionate about empowering others to achieve long-lasting health through Food and lifestyle changes and to be advocates when it comes to their health.
I am so grateful for the IFNA academy training and look forward to continuing my education in the field of Integrative and functional medicine.
