Hi, I am currently an Executive Assistant to a Functional Medicine Doctor and an Integrative Wellness & Functional Nutrition Coach at Simply Health Institute in Oakbrook IL. I enjoy working with clients, in a variety of roles in health and nutrition, research, lab reports, sales, communication and training. Formerly a Permanent Substitute high school teacher for the last 19 years, I transitioned into Functional Nutrition after my own battle with Lupus and Lyme disease. I am passionate about using food as medicine, and have taken my love of learning and teaching with me to share and educate clients in their own health journeys.
