Katie is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist working in private practice where she is the owner and operator of Root Nutrition. Katie received her Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics from the University of North Dakota and then pursued a Master of Science degree in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine from the University of Western States.
