Rebecca Lewis

I am a Registered Dietitian and Integrative and Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner. I hold a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Nutrition from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and I completed my dietetic internship through the University of Oklahoma. I have always been interested in a holistic and integrative approach to health, with a passion for helping patients truly heal and find balance in their lives.

I’ve spent the past 4 years as a dietitian in the public system, helping hundreds of patients understand the impacts of nutrition and make sustainable lifestyle changes to improve their health. These experiences, along with my training in integrative and functional nutrition, have helped shape my unique approach that blends evidence-based nutrition therapy, cutting-edge functional practices, and holistic healing techniques to promote long-lasting results.

Now, I use this approach to help individuals struggling with chronic digestive issues heal their gut and restore digestive balance so they can reclaim a healthy, vibrant life. I believe that a healthy gut is the foundation for overall well-being, and I am committed to providing clients with the resources and support they need to achieve it.
