After watching people suffer in Long Term Care I decided to studied IFN to help people prevent disease and take control of their health. After graduating from IFN I joined 3x4 genetics and learned about nutrigenomics and started my private practice. In 2023 I completed my training in the Bredesen Protocol for the prevention and management of Alzheimer's. I really enjoy learning but also helping people learn about themselves and how to use nutrition to live a healthier life.
