I am a Registered Dietitian specializing in sustainable whole-person care. I believe in research-driven root-cause approaches to health by skills building, diverse lifestyle approaches, and considering social determinants of health while helping people lead more self-empowered, balanced, and symptom-free lives. I have experience and training in a variety of digestive disorders, mindful eating, diabetes, and autoimmunity and love working with both adults and kids.
