Brigid is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a board certification in Integrative and Functional Nutrition. She is the CEO and co-founder of Function Nutrition RDs and an Adjunct Instructor at Case Western Reserve University. She started her career as one of the founding dietitians at the Cleveland Clinic Center for Functional Medicine where she worked for three years. Brigid has partnered with over 3,000 patients, using a ‘food is medicine’ approach to create wellness and manage disease. Today she incorporates these same principles into her work with individuals, at workshops and speaking events and in the integrative and functional nutrition graduate course that she co-created at Case Western Reserve University. She has published dozens of nutrition articles for Cleveland Clinic Health Essentials, Mind Body Green, U.S. News and World Report, and the Huffington Post.
