Lauren is a registered dietitian who made a career change from health & fitness to dietetics. She received her BS in Kinesiology from TCU, a BS in Nutrition from the University of Alabama, and completed her dietetic internship and MS in Nutrition at Abilene Christian University.
She is the owner of LE-Nutrition, LLC. - Health is vital in overall health and wellness and a focal point in my client-centered practice. Utilizing integrative and functional labs to uncover “root causes” of systemic imbalances. Together, we will discuss goals and action steps to build a foundation of mindful eating and lifestyle habits.
