My mission in life is to use my innovative knowledge and extensive experience to help people achieve lasting wellness. After years of being in clinical and then transferring to outpatient and eventually private practice, I found there were missing links to my medical training and became fascinated with the mind body connection and the importance of connecting the two to promote overall well being. Therefore I have devoted the past couple of years to furthering my education in alternative medicine becoming a yoga teacher, receiving certifications in mindful based eating for binge eating and food sensitivity testing, and completing my studies and passing the board exam at the Integrative and Functional Nutritional Academy. I now take my integrative and medical nutrition trainings and my love for food, yoga, running, meditation, cooking, and traveling and infusing them into my consults to provide a balanced and “well nourished” approach.
