Biography :

I am a PhD RD/LDN working in a primary care office. We conduct coordinated care with the PCPs, myself and a social worker. I see adult patients for diabetes prevention and management, chronic kidney disease, cholesterol management, hypertension management, gastrointestinal concerns, hormonal concerns, clotting/anticoagulant therapy, weight loss, and weight gain. My focus is functional nutrition, food as medicine, as our office follows lifestyle medicine practices. In my private practice I focus more on functional medicine especially in managing gastrointestinal disorders, autoimmune concerns, and metabolic diseases. I am also a CPT and work with some patients on exercise goals. I am passionate about eating to fell and live well. I myself manage my celiac disease as a runner and triathlete. In my free time I send time outdoors with my partner and animals.
