Kate has an undergraduate degree in Athletic Training, Health, and Exercise Science from Northwestern College in Iowa. Is an ACE certified Health Coach and has practiced Massage Therapy for 10 years. She is the owner of MBS (Mind, Body, Spirit Health LLC.) and her life's goal is to help people rebuild and take care of the temple God gave them.
