Meg Green is a native to Arkansas, and provides nutrition education as a Registered Dietitian for the last thirteen years. She received her BS in Food, Nutrition, and Human Sciences from the University of Arkansas and completed her internship and residency program along a MS in Clinical Nutrition at the University of Memphis. Developing a strong sense of counseling for health and wellness, she provided medical nutrition therapy at Arkansas Children’s Hospital for 11 years while specializing in Pediatrics. Her appreciation of Whole Health grew from managing the Whole Health program, WHAM (Wellness, Health, Action, Motivation.) Her admiration for our country’s servicemen/women and love of culinary arts allowed a welcomed transition to CAVHS spring 2019. Her passion for full cycle of food is expressed through her gardening and culinary classes.
