Emily Stone

Hello! I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, educator and author. I work for the University of Vermont Medical Center, in Burlington, VT, at the Comprehensive Pain Program where I practice integrative nutrition, culinary and lifestyle medicine. I also have a community practice, ClearMountain Integrative Nutrition and specialize in addressing the root causes of chronic inflammation. I work with people individually and in group settings. And I have a passion for connecting with individuals to encourage health and well-being through integrative and interactive nutrition and lifestyle education. I am most passionate about relationship with food and eating, chronic pain, auto-immunity, food intolerance and sensitivities, IBS, gut microbiome, food as medicine, and mindfulness. I aspire to evolve my career among transdisciplinary medical and public health teams and am devoted to influencing my community as a role model, educator and collaborator in the growth of integrative health.
