With more than 25 years in functional nutrition and corporate wellness in Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region, I now help high performers rebuild energy, resilience, and clarity from the inside out.
After facing my own burnout, lipoedema and health crisis during perimenopause, I knew I couldn’t settle for quick fixes or generic wellness advice. I combined functional nutrition, personalised lifestyle shifts, and stress resilience tools to restore my focus, gut health, and vitality.
Today, I bring that same evidence-based approach to my high-performance coaching, utilizing functional lab tests, nutrigenetics and heart math science, so individuals can feel strong, clear, and energised in the boardroom and beyond.
