I work with women struggling with stress and overwhelm, health concerns, digestive issues, lack of energy and passion, and their bodies not functioning or looking the way it used to. I have experienced all of these myself so know it's quite challenging to get back on track, but it is definitely possible! Looking at each aspect of ourselves is key to reaching our health and wellness goals.
My program, Begin to Balance, explores wellness through the major energy centers in your body. Through our work together, you will learn the tools and strategies to begin bringing all of these energy centers into better balance, ultimately improving your overall health. My work with each of my clients differs based on your individual needs and goals. We collaborate to establish goals you can build upon each week.
My services, offered via Telehealth, include a comprehensive assessment and close follow up for continued support, personalized nutrition and lifestyle guidelines, education, coaching and goal setting, access to a Food and Lifestyle journaling app, meal plans, personalized supplement recommendations and discounts on supplements while working with me. Many more tools and resources specific to your unique needs are provided.
