Roula Omary

My name is Roula Omary. I am a registered dietitian and owner of NutraHeal Journey LLC. I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition at University of Wisconsin, Madison, and completed my undergrad in Dietetics at California State University, Sacramento. I have several years of experience as inpatient and outpatient dieititian. For years, I have struggled with digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, and fatigue. In my quest for optimal health, I had to go beyond the conventional nutrition I learned in my undergraduate studies and search for an alternative approach that focuses on unraveling the root causes of my ailments, not just managing symptoms. The holistic approach I learned from training at the integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy was the missing piece that I was looking for to help me restore my health. Viewing my journey as a blessing in disguise, I am passionate about supporting my clients in their journey of seeking optimal health by developing a personalized plan that empowers them to take control of their health. My goal is to engage and empower my clients to restore optimal function and promote health, vitality, and well-being.
