JeJe Noval has a bachelor of science degree in nutrition and dietetics and a master of science degree in clinical nutrition. JeJe completed a PhD degree in education, specializing in online learning and online teaching. She worked as a clinical dietitian at two medical centers. In addition, JeJe is a certified L.E.A.P. therapist helping individuals with food sensitivities. JeJe is an integrative and functional nutrition certified practitioner helping women with hormone related issues and GI conditions resolve their discomfort by optimizing their gut health. Currently, JeJe is also an assistant professor at Loma Linda University for the department of nutrition and dietetics in the school of allied health professions.
JeJe has now been helping patients and clients for over 25 years. Her passion is in helping clients one on one through her virtual private practice.
On the side, JeJe loves to cook, cycle, play pickleball and work out. One of her personal philosophies is "if you have to work or study hard, you have to play just as hard". Her favorite verse in the Bible is "Trust in the Lord with all your heart." This is what she lives by.
